Statutory withdrawal

For distance purchases, Colombia’s statutory right of withdrawal may be exercised where legally applicable within the five (5) business-day period established by law. The product must be returned under the conditions required by law and the consumer bears transportation costs where applicable.

Statutory exceptions apply. For intimate-hygiene, personal-care, supplement or other goods whose opening, safety seal, use or nature may prevent a safe return, the request will be assessed under the applicable legal exception and the condition of the product.

Refund

When withdrawal applies and requirements are met, the refund is made within the applicable statutory period. For e-commerce, Colombia’s Law 2439 of 2024 establishes a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days after a valid request and fulfillment of the corresponding obligations.

Wrong, incomplete or defective product

These cases are handled separately from withdrawal and do not limit legal warranty or conformity rights.

Hygiene conditions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, manipulated products or products with altered seals cannot be returned to inventory when integrity would be compromised. Each case is assessed under applicable law.

Payment reversal

Where a legal reversal ground exists —such as fraud, unauthorized transaction, non-delivery, wrong goods or defective goods— you may use the procedure established by Colombian law and the payment provider.
