Scope

This policy establishes rules for collection, storage, use, circulation, updating and deletion of personal data processed by GynoStore through the online store, forms, WhatsApp, social media, customer service, billing and commercial relationships.

Processing follows legality, purpose, freedom, quality, transparency, restricted access and circulation, security and confidentiality principles.

Data and purposes

  • Identification and contact: accounts, orders, support and communications.
  • Billing, delivery and transactions: purchases, dispatch, returns, warranties and accounting duties.
  • Browsing and analytics: security, operation, measurement and site improvement.
  • Marketing: campaigns or reminders when authorized or otherwise legally permitted.

Sensitive data

Health and sexual-life information is sensitive personal data. GynoStore does not require it to shop. If voluntarily shared when requesting guidance, processing is limited to the stated purpose and unnecessary information is avoided. Providing sensitive data is optional.

Rights

  • Access, update and correct personal data.
  • Request proof of authorization where applicable.
  • Be informed about how data has been used.
  • File complaints with the SIC for applicable violations.
  • Revoke authorization and/or request deletion where permitted.
  • Access processed personal data free of charge.

Inquiries and complaints

Send requests to gynostore@gmail.com with your name, sufficient identification to validate ownership, a description of the request and contact details. Requests are handled within applicable legal periods.

Processors and transfers

We may use technology, payment, hosting, logistics, messaging, analytics and communications providers. Where international transmission or transfer occurs, appropriate legal and contractual safeguards will be used.

Security, retention and effective date

We apply reasonable measures to protect personal data. Data is retained as long as necessary for the stated purpose and legal/contractual obligations. This policy is effective upon publication and may be updated.
