Coverage

GynoStore ships within Colombia to destinations served by our logistics providers. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are displayed or confirmed before checkout.

Preparation

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and inventory validation. Orders received outside operating hours, on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

Bucaramanga Metropolitan Area: approximately 1–2 Hours. Other Colombian cities: approximately 2–5 business days. Times may vary due to destination, carrier issues, weather, peak seasons or force majeure.

Cost

The current shipping charge is shown in cart/checkout or confirmed by customer service before purchase. Free-shipping promotions or special rates apply only under their stated conditions.

Address and delivery

The customer must provide accurate address, city, phone and contact details. Any additional reshipping charge caused by incomplete information or recipient absence will be communicated before a new shipment where applicable.

Delivery issues
